Customer Information

1. The Customer Information menu item would link to what is now called the Main Screen.

2. The Title of “Main Screen” would be changed to “Customer Information”

3. The purpose of the Customer Information section would be to view customer details, edit customer details and resend any emails to them.

4. The “Import Company Formation System Orders” section would be removed from this page and placed on a new page. The menu item linking to this new page would be “Import UKPLC Data”

5. The “Click here to merge accounts” section would be removed from this page and placed on a new page. The menu item linking to this new page would be “Merge Accounts”

6. The “Search” section would be reordered so that the search items appears as follows:

Unique Reference No:
Company Name:
Order No:
Single Date:
Customer Name:
Email Address:
Global Search:

7. The Global Search would only appear on this page.

8. The Search button should appear under the right hand items and the “Clear Search” button should appear under the left hand side items.

9. The items below should appear at the bottom of the page after the list of customers details

Edit Customer Details
Email History

10. In terms of the information displayed on the “Customer Information” screen, the column for “Order #” should be removed and the “Enter New Post Item” facility would be removed from this page. Entering post would be done using the new pages from the menu items “Enter Stat Post” and “Enter Business Post

11. The order in which customer information is displayed would be “URN #, Company Name, Customer Name, Service, Expires, Passport, U-Bills, Edit Details, Post Balance, Email History, More Details”. The headings to the columns would be exactly as written above. If the narrative needs to go on 2 lines then that is ok.

12. “Payment History” would be removed from the main Customer Information” screen and be displayed within Client Details in the “Client Details | Upload Money Laundering Documents | Address Details Change History | Postal Deposit Account | Email History | Mark Customer as Lost” menu.

13. On the page “Client Details” the heading “Client Details” should be changed to “Customer Details”

14. The headings “Client Details | Upload Money Laundering Documents | Address Details Change History | Postal Deposit Account | Email History | Mark Customer as Lost” should be changed to Customer Details | Money Laundering Documents | Customer Information Change History | Postal Activity | Email History | Mark Customer as Lost.

15. We are still able to tick and untick the boxes on the Customer Information (Main Screen) relating to Passport and Utility bills. As stated previously we should nit be able to do this. This would be controlled via the Money Laundering section of the Customer Details.

16. We need a new item in the “Customer Details | Money Laundering Documents | Customer Info Change History | Postal Activity | Email History | Mark Customer as Lost.” Menu called “Post Details”

 This “Post Details” page would list both Statutory Post and Business Post sent to a customer.

 It would list the Type of Post (Companies House Post, HMRC Statutory Post or Business Post), Date Sent, User Name of the person making the entry and the charge.

 The charge would be Zero for statutory post (because it is free and already including in the registered office facility)

 For Business Post the charge would be the amount we entered when entering the post item.
